Introduction
All use of NorwayCraft's platforms is governed by these terms and the rules kept up to date at norwaycraft.no . Purchases are also governed by the Terms of purchase.
As a consumer you are obliged to keep up to date with the rules and follow them at all times. We, as the service provider, reserve the right to ban and penalise players who do not follow the rules as we see fit. Penalties may for example be bans, resetting of the player's economy, resetting of builds, inventories etc., muting and other forms of punishment.

1. The agreement
The agreement consists of these terms, rules and any specially agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, what has been specifically agreed between the parties takes precedence, provided it does not conflict with mandatory legislation.
2. The parties
The platform owner is NorwayCraftGroup, Martin@norwaycraftgroup.com, Org. no. 928 793 176, hereinafter referred to as the seller.
The buyer is the consumer placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the buyer.
3 Conclusion of the agreement
The agreement is binding on both parties once the consumer starts using NorwayCraft's services.
However, the agreement is not binding if there has been a typing or keying error in the platform owner's offer in the web shop's ordering solution or in the buyer's order, and the other party realised or should have realised that such an error existed.
Any use of bank cards for online shopping in Norway must be approved by your parents or guardians if you are under 18 years of age.
4. Personal data
NorwayCraft Group is the data controller for the personal data collected. Unless the consumer consents to something else, the seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data necessary for the service provider to fulfil its obligations. The buyer's personal data will only be disclosed to others if necessary for the seller to carry out the agreement with the consumer, or in cases required by law.
5. Special requirements
The consumer undertakes at all times to follow the terms of use and the rules, and is not exempt from current or future rules. The service provider reserves the right to change the terms of use and rules without informing the consumer directly.
The service provider reserves the right to penalise the buyer in the same way as all other players, including banning them from the service. The purchase is not cancelled, and the purchase price is not refunded.
