January base competition - Farming!
Now that ChestShop is starting to take shape, we need a big supply of goods! The January base competition starts with "Best farm". Previously we gave out plots in the village; now we are giving 15,000 coins to the base we think is best. Exactly what "best" means is deliberately a bit vague.
We can reveal, though, that Martin will focus on supply and demand, efficiency and how heavy the farm is for the server to run.
Short summary and clarifications:
A home named "Base konk 1", "Base konk 2" etc. will make things easier to inspect, and may count in your favour.
The winner gets 15,000 coins on NC Classic.
Second place gets 10,000 coins on NC Classic.
Third place gets 5,000 coins on NC Classic.
No one will get a star for winning the base competition.
These will be shown in a separate video, coming to YouTube.
It is a farm we are after, but you can submit several farms.
The winners are announced live on Sunday 1 February between 16:00 and 20:00.
You take part by using the base competition form.
Everyone who took part in the test competition must use the form again.
Helpers
Pluto, Daniboy and Havaen have agreed to be helpers, and will assist all you great players in having a good time on NC! Make use of their knowledge, but don't expect them to solve everything! They are not obliged to do more than look out for you amazing players and link guides to those who need them.
If you also want to join the staff, just use the staff application, and maybe you are who we want in the next round.
The role is under development and may change at any time. We have not planned the next intake, and will probably recruit on a rolling basis as needed.
